| Returns
or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased
the product through our mail order, or website and it is
within 15 days of the original invoice date.
Notice: All shoes must be tried
on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping
them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original,
undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box
or with scratched soles may not be accepted, and may be
sent back to the customer.
If you want to get change:
we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without
charging any additional shipping fees once we receive the
return (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the
return)
If you want to get refunds:
you must send your returned package via your own expense
and provide us with a tracking number. Refunds are made
in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to ten
business days to process after we receive the tracking number
for the returned goods. Please note card refunds may take
up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending
on their processing time. This can vary greatly between
card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence
this.
Once we receive your return, please
allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.
Kindly include when
you contact us the following information. This will expedite
the processing of your return.
●Your order
number, your full name, and the date the order was placed
and received
●A list
of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
●The reason
for the return of the products
